Terms and Conditions – 66as Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 66as platform ("Platform", "we", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the site 66as.best — including registration, deposits, withdrawals, Sports Betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, or any other service — you confirm that:

• Has read, understood, and fully agrees to these Terms and Conditions;
• Is at least 18 years of age;
• Is accessing the platform voluntarily and on their own behalf;
• Is not subject to any legislation that prohibits participation in gambling or Sports Betting;
• The information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

By accepting these Terms, you automatically accept the 66as Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines, available at Responsible Gaming. These documents are complementary and form an integral part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

Use of the 66as platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older. 66as enforces an age verification policy and may request supporting documentation at any time. Accounts created by minors will be closed immediately, balances withheld, and information reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

2.2 Residence and Geographic Access

66as is a platform designed for the Brazilian market. Access is permitted to residents of Brazil. It is the user's responsibility to verify whether the use of betting platforms is permitted in their location. 66as is not liable for use in locations where such activity is prohibited.

2.3 One Account per User

Each user may hold only one account on 66as, linked to a single CPF, email address, and phone number. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the retention of available balances.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information provided at registration. False, incomplete, or outdated information — particularly full name, CPF, date of birth, and banking details — may prevent withdrawal processing and result in account closure without a refund of bonus balances.

3. User Account

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your 66as login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone, including family members. 66as will never ask for your password by email, chat, or any other channel. 3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing the first withdrawal, 66as may require identity verification (a process known as KYC — "Know Your Customer"). Users must submit, through the account dashboard, a legible photo of a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH) and, when requested, a recent proof of address. This process is mandatory for regulatory compliance and for the user's own protection. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals temporarily suspended.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 66as support. Prior to closure, any available real balance may be withdrawn, provided withdrawal conditions are met. Unconverted bonus balances will be canceled upon account closure.

4. Deposits

4.1 Accepted Methods

66as accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively Brazilian and with no fees charged by the platform:

• Pix — instant, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto Bancário — processed within up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit Card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• Debit Card — accepted by all Brazilian banks with Pix enabled;
• PicPay — via available balance in the digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago — via balance or linked card on the platform;
• TED Bank Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on 66as is R$ 20.00. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, but the platform reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value deposits as part of its compliance process. All deposits are processed in Brazilian Reais (BRL, R$).

4.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a bank account, card, or digital wallet held in the name of the 66as account holder, identified by the same CPF. Deposits made by third parties — including family members — are not accepted and will be refunded to the source, a process that may take up to 5 business days. 66as is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party deposit attempts.

4.4 Processing Failures

Occasionally, due to temporary instability in the Brazilian banking system, a deposit may take longer than expected to be credited. If a Pix payment has not been credited within 10 minutes, the user should contact 66as support with the payment receipt. 66as commits to resolving such issues within 24 business hours.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Processing and Timeframes

66as processes withdrawals via Pix in up to 5 minutes for identity-verified accounts, available 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. TED bank transfers are processed on business days during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 5:30 PM), with a processing time of up to 1 business day after the request.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• The user must have completed identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal;
• The Pix key or destination bank account must be registered under the same CPF as the 66as account;
• The balance available for withdrawal must consist exclusively of real balance — not bonus balance;
• Any active bonus rollover must be completed before the corresponding balance is released for withdrawal.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount via Pix is R$ 20.00. For bank TED transfers, the minimum is R$ 50.00. 66as does not charge any withdrawal fees.

5.4 Withdrawal Refusals

66as reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal processing in the following situations: suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, detection of multiple accounts, bonus-derived balances that have not been converted, or a need for additional documentation for compliance purposes. In all cases, the user will be notified by email with an explanation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New 66as users are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 400.00. The minimum qualifying deposit to receive the bonus is R$ 20.00. The bonus is automatically credited once the qualifying deposit is confirmed and appears as a bonus balance separate from the real balance.

6.2 Rollover Requirements

All bonus balances are subject to rollover requirements before they can be converted into real balance and withdrawn. The specific rollover for each promotion is disclosed at the time of the offer. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is described in the specific conditions of the promotion active at the time of registration. Bets on matches with odds below 1.50, bets on excluded markets, or cancelled bets may not count toward rollover completion.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus is valid for a single use per CPF, email address, device, IP address, and payment method;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to third parties;
• 66as reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions with prior notice;
• Bonuses granted due to a technical error may be reversed without prior notice;
• Promotion abuse — including betting on both sides of a match to guarantee rollover completion — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure;
• Unused bonuses expire according to the deadline defined in each promotion.

7. Sports Betting

7.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered confirmed and valid only after a confirmation receipt is issued in the 66as dashboard. Bets not confirmed due to a technical failure will be treated as void and the amount will be returned to the user's balance. Users should verify the receipt before closing the confirmation screen.

7.2 Cancellation and Refunds

Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the user, except where the Cash Out feature is available for that specific bet. 66as may cancel bets in the following cases: odds error, event suspension, event irregularities, or situations beyond the platform's operational control. If 66as cancels a bet, the staked amount is fully refunded to the user's balance.

7.3 Cash Out

Cash Out — the early settlement of a bet — is available on eligible selections, either partially or in full. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current market odds and may be lower than the original stake. Cash Out availability may be suspended during live events for technical or operational reasons. 66as does not guarantee permanent Cash Out availability on all bets.

7.4 Results and Disputes

Bet results are settled based on official sources from the relevant competitions and sports governing bodies. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed by 66as and the official result, the official result prevails. Disputes regarding bet settlements must be reported to support within 72 hours of settlement. Claims submitted after this period may not be reviewed.

7.5 Odds and Markets

The odds published by 66as reflect real-time market probabilities and may change before a bet is confirmed. 66as reserves the right to correct manifest odds errors — such as odds that are clearly off-market due to a technical failure — even after a bet has been confirmed, with notification and a refund issued to the user.

8. Casino and Games

8.1 Game Providers

The casino games available on 66as — including slots, live casino, crash games, and others — are provided by certified third-party suppliers. The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is set by the provider and certified by independent audits. 66as does not modify game algorithms.

8.2 Technical Game Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a slot, live casino, or crash game round — such as a connection drop or server error — the interrupted round will be voided and the amount wagered on that specific round will be returned to the user's balance. Partial winnings accumulated before the interruption may be calculated based on the game state at the time of the failure, at the provider's discretion.

8.3 Live Games

Live Casino games — roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows — are streamed in real time with human dealers. The specific rules for each game are displayed in the interface during play. 66as is not responsible for dealer behavior beyond the platform's control, but will mediate any dispute with the game provider.

9. Responsible Gambling

66as believes that betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. To that end, the platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, or monthly. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period;
• Loss limit: sets a maximum loss amount per period;
• Session limit: restricts continuous play time;
• Session alerts: notifications about time spent playing;
• Temporary self-exclusion: periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, irreversible.

10. User Conduct

By using the 66as platform, the user agrees not to engage in the following conduct, under penalty of immediate account closure and applicable legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Using software, bots, or any form of automation to interact with the platform;
• Attempt to hack, alter, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform;
• Placing bets in collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes or rollover requirements;
• Use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity;
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Abusing promotions — including creating additional accounts solely to claim bonuses;
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to the account holder.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

66as reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following cases, without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, use of bots, or criminal activity;
• Collusion with other users;
• Unwarranted chargeback requests filed with your bank or card provider;
• Failure to comply with identity verification requirements;
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age;
• Court order or order from a competent regulatory authority.

In cases of closure due to a violation of these Terms, 66as reserves the right to hold available account balances as part of the investigation process. The user will be notified by email of the closure and will have the right to contest the decision through the support channel, except where the closure results from a court order or regulatory measure.

12. Privacy and LGPD

66as collects and processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The data collected is used exclusively for: account creation and management, financial transaction processing, identity verification, compliance with legal obligations, account-related communications, and platform service improvements.

No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. 13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 66as platform — including text, images, logos, icons, interface, design, source code, navigation structure, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 66as or licensed by third parties for use on the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any platform content without prior written authorization;
• Using the "66as" name, logo, or brand in any other context without authorization;
• Creating derivative works based on the platform's content or interface;
• Reverse engineering any technical component of the platform.

Casino game content belongs to the respective providers and is protected by their own intellectual property licenses, independently of the 66as platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

66as is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or technical failures;
• Failures in telecommunications networks, internet service providers, or external banking systems;
• Indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits of any kind;
• Content or conduct from third-party game providers;
• Unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their credentials.

66as's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim. 66as makes no guarantees of profit or return on bets placed on the platform.

15. Changes to These Terms

66as reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with an active account via email and/or a notification in the platform dashboard at least 7 days before taking effect, except for changes required by law or a regulatory authority, which may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the platform after new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must close your account before the effective date by requesting a withdrawal of any available real balance.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the digital entertainment and betting sector.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be submitted, preferably, to resolution through mediation. If out-of-court resolution is not possible, the parties elect the court of the user's place of residence in Brazil as the competent jurisdiction to settle any disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
